Hi, I am Shelby, Co-Owner of Fit4mom Carlsbad Encinitas and mom to 3 boys! I am excited to be here and leading our mamas on their journey through motherhood. My goals for our village is to have moms feel included, empowered and strong in all their stages of motherhood.

I started Fit4mom when my oldest was 4 months old. It took me a bit to feel comfortable with a newborn and feel ready to join all moms. Once I started I was hooked and continued to go into my second pregnancy. I met all my close mom friends and my biggest supporters, even my Co-Owner, Mallory!

I am a local Carlsbad girl and continue to live just a half mile from where I grew up. I used to be an elementary school teacher and now I am lucky enough to stay home with my kiddos and teach Stroller classes. I love to be outside, going on adventures with my family, reading and just being present.

By far this is my biggest blessing to raise my children, run my own FIT4MOM and continue to be strong for myself and everyone around me!
