Hi! I'm Shay, a FIT4MOM instructor and mom to 2 boys, ages 2.5 & 5!

I'm originally from Virginia but now consider Carlsbad home.

I started FIT4MOM in 2020 during my maternity leave with my oldest son and took a break when we moved overseas for my husband's Navy service. When my family finally moved back to the area and we decided to put down roots in Carlsbad, I'm so grateful I found the FIT4MOM village again! The supportive and positive community has really helped me feel more connected and at home here.

I used to be a teacher and sports coach, so life now feels wonderfully full-circle to be raising my own kids and leading fitness classes for other mamas. I look forward to meeting you in class!
