Hi mamas! I’m Kathleen. I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to San Diego in 2010 for graduate school where I met my husband.

We have two wonderful kids – Rory (born December 2019) and Pippa (born July 2022).

I took my first Fit4Mom class when Rory was about two months old, and am so grateful to be part of this amazing village!
