Hi there, I’m Courtney! A born and raised Southern Californian, military spouse, and Mama to 3 crazy and so sweet littles: Addie-9, Camden-6 1/2, Collin-3. I started my FIT4MOM journey almost 9 years ago at Balboa Park with my then 4 month old baby girl and haven’t looked back since. I’ve been an instructor on and off for the last 7.5 years all over San Diego, only taking a brief break to move to Okinawa.

Outside of FIT4MOM I am a coffee drinking, wine loving, always looking for an activity, Swiftie in the chaos of motherhood. I am so excited to spend the morning working out with you!
